Hannah @bananafromthebeach

Originally from Annapolis, MD, Hannah recently moved to the nation’s capital to start her graduate career in Psychology. She’s been an avid spin class attendee for the last 4 years, instructing for the past 2, and is gearing up for a cross country bike ride with the Ulman Cancer Fund this coming June! She’s a fiery spirit who loves cows, the Rubik’s cube, riddles, picking up litter, magic tricks, and (obviously) working up a sweat so come on in and join her.

Lauren

Lauren is a Maryland native who, after 8 years away, settled in DC for good. She started spinning while in law school and quickly learned to love the physical and mental benefits of bike endorphins. Having always liked to be a boss, she started teaching two years ago and now brings her love of speed drills and throwback jams to every class.

@Liz.e.gallagher

Originally from upstate New York, Liz moved to D.C. 5 years ago to study at American University. She fell in love with spinning after needing to find an activity that complimented her many years spent rowing and running. Liz’s positive, straight-up and energetic personality fosters a lively and stress free class that will have everyone leaving the studio sweaty and smiling. When she’s not at ElectionCycle, you can find Liz working with women who are running in the 2018 election cycle, staying #onbrand.

Mackenzie @mackenzielynnr

Hi. You can call me Mack Daddy. I like to spin and pet my labradoodle pup, and somehow manage to make baggy clothes look fu&@ing  adorable. I’m the epitome of the Pacific Northwest in human form, and that’s why people love me. When I’m not at ECDC spinning my legs into submission, I’m student teaching because I’m in Gallaudet University’s Deaf Education grad program, which means I’m also fluent in ASL. Come ride with me and I promise you’ll have a hell of a time. Peace n blessings.

Myra @myrasabolesky

Combining her zest for living life to the fullest, her athletic mindset and enthusiasm on the bike, Myra has a very positive way of motivating. She aims for her classes to be an outlet for working out life’s lows as well as the perfect place to celebrate the highs. When she’s not on the bike you can find her running marathons, binge watching Game of Thrones, or going to a concert.
